The legal terms under which you may access and use the cloudpixel.io AI image-enhancement service.
Acceptance of the Agreement
Please read this License Agreement carefully before using cloudpixel.io. This is a legal agreement between you and cloudpixel.io (operated by FABTECH SOFTWARE INC., 418 BROADWAY STE R ALBANY, NY 12207, New York, United States). By accessing or using the cloudpixel.io service, you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
License
You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer your cloudpixel.io subscription without our prior written consent. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to discover the source code of any cloudpixel.io software. You may not use the service via facility management, timesharing, or service-bureau arrangements. By uploading content, you agree to use it only for lawful personal or business purposes; such content may not be reproduced or distributed beyond what applicable rights permit.
Restrictions on Use
The cloudpixel.io service is licensed, not sold. A valid subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access CloudPixel AI within the limits of your selected plan. A free tier with daily usage quotas may be available; sustained or large-scale use requires an active paid subscription. You may not resell, repackage, or use the service to build a competing offering.
Limitation of Liability
In no circumstances will cloudpixel.io be liable for any damages — including lost profits, lost savings, loss of data, or consequential, indirect, or incidental damages — to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this License limits cloudpixel.io's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or fraud.
General
If any part of this License is found void or unenforceable, the remainder remains valid. Changes to this License require written consent from an authorized cloudpixel.io representative. This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes any prior representations. cloudpixel.io may transfer or assign its rights or obligations. Any duplication, reproduction, or mirroring without written permission from FABTECH SOFTWARE INC. is strictly prohibited. FABTECH SOFTWARE INC. reserves all rights to take legal action.
