If the service does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. All subscriptions are billed in advance; prices and billing cycles are shown on the pricing page before checkout.
What's Included
Full access to all CloudPixel AI features for the duration of your active plan. Free updates, quality improvements, and any new features released while your subscription is active are included at no extra cost.
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account; your plan remains active until the end of the current period. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no recurring charges. See all available plans on the price page.
Request a Refund
Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds cannot be issued once a plan has been renewed, or when a subscription has been used for a substantial volume of processing exceeding fair use. Lifetime purchases are covered by the same 30-day window. To request a refund or ask a billing question, please contact us. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5 business days of approval.
